Our mission’s focus has been on supporting missions both here and abroad. We are closely tied to missionaries in Tamil Nadu, India. Various Lake Park mission’s trips have gone out in the last 15 years to support and encourage their churches in the city of Sathyamangalam. This has created close relationships between our congregation and the work being done there.

MEET THE MISSIONARIES

JENNY

Jenny serves with Global Outreach Mission and has a Masters in Biblical Studies. She works alongside her parents as they pastor in Tamil Nadu, India. Jenny focuses on children’s ministry and counselling, as well as raising her two children, Joshua and Jerusha.

MONY AND GLORIA

Mony and Gloria pastor a church in the province of Tamil Nadu, India with the help of their daughters and their families. Together they run ministry that reaches out to every age and circumstance. They serve with Global Outreach Mission.

RAJA

Serving under Global Outreach Mission, Raja works in Tamil Nadu, India and focuses on training and mentoring pastors. He works closely with his daughter Sharon and her husband Jacob.

JACOB AND SHARON

Serving with Global Outreach Mission, Jacob and Sharon are involved in church planting and children’s work. They are currently working on the development of a Children’s Home to house poverty stricken youth. Their focus is on reaching out to the most vulnerable in society. Jacob and Sharon work closely along side Raja in ministry.

JAY AND KAYLEE FOSTER

Jay and Kaylee serve with Village Missions and pastor in Amaranth, MB. In this small community they reach out to their congregation through Sunday morning worship, weekly bible studies, kid’s ministry and neighbourly kindness.

ROD AND KATHY ALM

Rod serves as Hub Director of Saskatchewan Universities at Athletes in Action. He oversees regular chapel services for the university teams, weekly meetings, and mentoring. Kathy and Rod live in Saskatoon and open their home for bible studies, book clubs, and fellowship with the young adults they serve.
